PROJECT STORY
Nampa Interchange Park is a planned two-phase, industrial development project. Within the Boise MSA, the project is centrally located and adjacent to the brand-new Highway 16 and I-84 interchange providing unparalleled access all parts of the greater Boise market. The anticipated facility design features flexible space configurations, 30+ foot clear heights, cross-dock functionality, ample power, and excellent truck maneuverability. Phase 1 of the Nampa Interchange Park was completed in Q4 2025 and is one of the largest buildings in the Boise MSA. This transaction is a joint venture between AT Industrial and Sawtooth Development.
