Meridian Commerce Park – Building L is a 74,408 square foot, rear loaded building, ground-up development in Meridian, Idaho, located in the center of the Boise MSA. The property fronts on I-84 and on Black Cat Road and has excellent visibility from I-84. The location is a strong industrial location within the overall Treasure Valley market. This will be the fourth vertical development in the Meridian Commerce Park, following on the build to suit warehouse for the St. Luke’s Health System, the 132,000 SF Building J, and the 92,000 SF four Building K development.
