PROJECT STORY

St. Luke’s Medical Supply Center is the first project for ATSAW in Meridian, Idaho. This build-to-suit is a medical supply warehouse and distribution hub for St. Luke’s Health System. With this development, St. Luke’s is enhancing its ability to serve patients and hospitals across southwestern and south-central Idaho. By shifting the supply and distribution of critical medical supplies and pharmaceuticals to an in-house model and bringing the warehouse to the Treasure Valley, the project provides critical resilience to St. Luke’s and Idaho residents, minimizing the local impact of national and international supply-chain disruptions. The project will reside in the Meridian Commerce Park, a 120-acre logistics master plan in the heart of the Boise MSA, providing easy access throughout the Boise metropolitan area.
