PROJECT STORY
Meridian Commerce Park is a 120-acre logistics master plan in the heart of the Boise MSA. The property is exceptionally well located at I-84 and Black Cat Road, on the west end of Meridian. The project is in the center of the Treasure Valley providing easy access to the entire Boise metropolitan area. The new Highway 16/I-84 interchange is ¾ of a mile to the west of the site and provides easy access to the I-84 and US-20/26. Additional northbound Highway 16 improvements will connect to the towns of Eagle, Star, and Middleton. The project will provide much-needed industrial space to support and complement the commercial and residential uses in Meridian, as well as help meet the growing demand from new and expanding businesses in the greater Treasure Valley region. This transaction is a joint venture between AT Industrial and Sawtooth Development.
