PROJECT STORY
The K Buildings project at Meridian Commerce Park (MCP) is a multi-building development featuring four 23,124-square-foot small bay industrial buildings in Meridian, Idaho. These buildings front Black Cat Road at the entrance to the master plan. Unlike our conventional industrial product, this small bay product offers smaller tenant spaces, catering to a different pool of tenants. Class A buildings are being constructed using steel frame construction and incorporating a higher percentage of tenant improvements during the build to provide tenants with a quick, turn-key solution to their needs.
