PROJECT STORY

Building J is a 132,000 square foot building in the Meridian Commerce Park, a 120-acre logistics master plan in the heart of the Boise MSA. The project is exceptionally well located at I-84 and Black Cat Road, on the west end of Meridian. The Highway 16 extension is located approximately ¾ of a mile west of the site and provides easy access north to US-20/26, and connection to the towns of Eagle, Star, and Middleton.

The city of Meridian boasts strong incomes, home prices, and an exceptionally tight industrial market (<2% vacancy consistently over the past 5 years). The project provides much-needed industrial space to support and complement the commercial and residential uses in Meridian, as well as meets the growing demand from new and expanding businesses in the greater Treasure Valley region. This transaction is a joint venture between AT Industrial and Sawtooth Development.
